By using this service as a registered customer you must agree to:

Customers must pay for all translation orders in full and in advance of the translation taking place. Both Visa and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment. Customers will see 123Translators as the billing descriptor.
Customers can place orders through the website www.123translators-gh.com where they will be asked to provide some relevant information including what language they want the document translated into as well as to what deadline. They will then be sent a quote for approval before the translation work can begin.
Customers must be responsible for providing all of the customer materials in the form of the documents to be translated. This includes the text itself, as well as any other materials such as other materials or glossaries or guides which explain the text in more detail.
Please be advised that the overall quality of the results will depend on the quality of the materials which have been initially submitted by the customer.
Customers can cancel an order but only up until the point where it has been taken on by a translator. Once a translator has accepted the job, then the customer will no longer be able to cancel and they shall still be liable for the full fees associated with the translation.
The website www.123translators-gh.com can not always guarantee that there we be a suitable translator available immediately, but as soon as a project has been assigned then the customer shall be notified and a delivery date agreed upon.
Unless the customer has requested the express 24-hour service and this has been agreed upon, all other delivery times will be estimated and the website www.123translators-gh.com shall be unable to offer a guaranteed delivery time.
When the customer has been emailed the final document, they shall have a period of 48 hour to review the translated text. If the customer does not formally approve the completed works during this time period then it will be accepted that the works have been approved. Once a project has been approved, no further alternations of revisions can be made to the works.
Due to the complexities of language translation, in the event that a customer does not approve the translated work then a member of the team shall review the completed document to assess whether or not it does not meet the quality level of the ordered document.
In the unlikely event that the document is not of the right quality, then www.123translators-gh.com shall offer some further revisions to be considered.
The website www.123translators-gh.com uses third party contractors in the form of the translators which are hired to translate the documents. As such, customers agree that www.123translators-gh.com may sublicense its rights under these terms of service to these third parties to act on its behalf and that these third parties are contractually bound and must also agree to these terms and conditions.
The website www.123translators-gh.com is solely responsible for paying and resolving all disputes between any third party contractors and translators and shall at all times act as the intermediary between the translators and customers, who shall have no direct contact.
All intellectual property rights of all the translated works shall be assigned to the customer upon the customer’s approval of the translated documents.
The customer represents and warrants that it has all necessary rights, titles and interests in the client materials and that the client materials shall not infringe upon or violate any third party rights or laws.
The services and translations on www.123translators-gh.com are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis other than as has been expressly set out in these terms of service. Neither the website www.123translators-gh.com not its translators, contractors, or suppliers, may make any specific promises about the services and we do not make any commitments about any of the content which is made available within these services or its reliability or availability to meet your specific needs.
Customers will indemnify and hold harmless the website www.123translators-gh.com and its affiliates, current and past directors, officers and employees from and against any and all claims, taxes, losses, damages and liabilities, judgements as well as settlements and costs and expenses, including the attorney’s fees as well as any other legal expenses which arise directly or indirectly with any of the following:
-The customer’s breach of its own representations, warranties or obligations under these terms of service
- Any neglectful or wrongful act by the customer
- Customers failure to perform its obligations or exercise its rights in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations
In no event shall either part or any www.123translators-gh.com affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental or special or consequential damages including damages to loss of profits or loss of business, however caused and under any theory of liability, regardless of whether either party was advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of any limited remedy.
